Pre-Construction Planning No detail is missed in the planning of your home.  Before we even break ground, North Homes makes sure that no question is left unanswered.  We work as partners in creating and designing your dream home.  We have over 18 years of experience in the building industry to apply to your vision. We use this experience to answer your questions and to set your mind at ease before we ever begin to build your home. Detailed Scheduling North Homes provides each homeowner with a thorough Consumer Production Schedule prior to the start of construction.  We use our custom designed scheduling program to schedule all of the activities that will occur during the construction of your home. This schedule, updated twice a week, is used to ensure the timely completion of your new home.  Quality Checks The quality of the construction of your home is carefully monitored every step of the way through our extensive Quality Control Process. Each phase of the construction process has specific checklists and inspection details that are used to maintain a high degree of quality throughout the home. Only once these checks are completed, will we move forward with the next step of the construction of your home. Home Walk Through Once the final touches are placed on your home, North Homes will introduce you to your new home during our New Home Walkthrough.  We want to make sure that you understand the ins and outs and mechanical functions of your home and are comfortable in every way.
