Love, Love Loving our new house, and wanted to wish you and your's a Merry Christmas. Thanks again for helping us build our "forever" home. We are really enjoying it, and our grandkids love their new play room. Having just completed the construction of my new house by North Homes, I found my experience from the beginning to end to exceed my expectations. Compared to my first home I had constructed, North Homes provided my wife and I with a level of personal involvement from the conceptual planning and estimating phases, through the selection process and with the degree of construction quality that far outpaced the other builder I had used (which was another Custom Home builder….not a tract home or subdivision contractor).
The initial planning and estimating phase was coordinated into our work schedule, and they incorporated key elements of the home we knew we wanted, while North Homes provided helpful insights and suggestions to compliment our design while maintaining our budget. The selection process was also a very pleasant experience utilizing a wide variety of quality products combined with a wonderful interior designer at North Homes! She was able to guide us through the selections with more helpful insights and suggestions to assure we got the look, feel and atmosphere we were hoping our new home to have. The actual construction process was a constant pleasure as the Construction Manager was completely familiar with the status of the home, from material delivery, craft performing the work and schedule of activities. Any concerns or quality issues my wife or I identified (and we were there after work almost every day of the construction!)were already known by him, contacts to correct them already made and followed through for a superbly built house!
North Homes also was helpful in suggesting additional financial institutions to help us assure we received a good cross reference of competitive loan companies for the best deal.
I would recommend North Homes to my family and friends as a quality Custom Home Builder. Their level of service, quality, sincerity to their customers and commitment to excellence proved time after time that we picked the right builder for our home!
